Ravela Quits Janasena Party, To Join BJP

Gunture 8 (Maxim News): Janasena party founded by actor-turned-politician Pawan Kalyan has received a jolt when former minister Ravela Kishore Babu, who unsuccessfully contested in Andhra Pradesh Assembly elections on Janasena party ticket from Prathipadu in the Guntur district has resigned from the party.

It may be mentioned here that Ravela joined the Janasena party in the presence of Pawan Kalyan. In his resignation letter, Ravela Kishore Babu mentioned that he was quitting the party due to his personal problems. The former TDP leader contested on Janasena ticket but lost to his opponent in the recently held elections.

After bidding an adieu to Janasena party, Ravela Kishore Babu called on State BJP president Kanna Laxminarayana and closeted with him for sometime. In the meantime, informed sources said Ravela might be embracing BJP in Tirupati in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday. (Maxim News)
