Seetakka Demands Govt Holidays For Sammakka Jatara

Hyderabad, Jan 28 (Maxim News): Congress party MLA Seetakka said she had urged chief secretary to declare four days holidays in state for upcoming Sammakka sarakka jatara, which has been declared as state festival. She said that they had sent invitation cards to all the prominent people of the country for the jatara.

Speaking to media persons she demanded the state government to change the name of her district to sammakka saralamma district. She said that all arrangements were being made to avoid any inconvenience to the devotees. Commenting on the rule of the TRS led state government she alleged that the state was witnessing an autocratic rule. She asked the ruling party leaders to question their conscience about the expenditure they made for winning in the municipal elections. She made it clear that the ruling party had won the elections due to the votes of the ex-officio members . She mocked the ruling party working president KTR for allowing rebels into his party fold . She made it clear that the congress party would come into power and added that they would teach a befitting lesson to the TRS party leaders after coming into power.(Maxim News)
