These test-takers were discovered to be taking the exam on behalf of other students hoping to be accepted into foreign universities.
It is reported that the accused demanded substantial payments ranging from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 10,000 to ensure exam achievement.

At Venkateshwara Lodge, the Special Operation Team (SOT) of the LB Nagar Zone stopped their activity after they were discovered posing as real test-takers.
As evidence, the police confiscated cell phones, laptops, and passports.
