The Congress party in Andhra Pradesh is likely to see a change in leadership with the 2019 general elections less than a year away.
Congress party sources say that the former Assembly Speaker and senior party leader Nadendla Manohar is most likely to be made the new party president in the State, replacing N Raghuveera Reddy.
