Telangana Government fights legally with Union government says Etela

Union government is violating State’s rights in the name of ‘One Nation One Tax’ and is imposing huge tax burden on development projects, said Finance Minister and GST Council member Etela Rajender here on Monday.

Union government should implement practical tax slabs on various development projects and reduce tax on development projects from 12 per cent to five per cent, he said.
