Telangana Intermediate results likely on June 26

Hyderabad, June 23: The Intermediate results are likely to be announced on June 26. And the results of 10th class may be released before June 30.

It came to know that the Intermediate Board officials sought the permission of Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy for the release of Inter results. Initially, the officials are all set to release the results on June 25 and even informed the same to the Education Minister. After evaluation marks were fed into computer. But the officials reportedly found out some mistakes in the process and busy in rectifying the mistakes.

A senior official of Examination department said that tenth class results will be announced on June 30. Evaluation and decoding was over and after checking once again, a final decision will be taken, he informed.

Minister Sabitha reportedly suggested the officials to release the results after checking everything even it took a few more days.

Last year, due to Covid, there was only 49% pass percentage in Inter first year results. After students’ protests, the government has to pass all students with minimum marks.

This year also, Inter students wrote exams amid corona pandemic. The Minister reportedly warned the officials about the repetition of the same situation in case of a low pass percentage. Hence, the officials are cross checking for the past two days.
