Telangana SIR To Verify Electoral Roll Details
The notice serving process will take place between July 31 and September 28. During this phase, Electoral Registration Officers (EROs) will issue notices to voters whose details could not be linked properly with previous electoral records or where discrepancies are found.
Officials said voters who receive notices can submit any one of 12 approved documents. These include Aadhaar card, passport, birth certificate, educational certificate, permanent residence proof, forest rights certificate and caste certificates related to OBC, SC or ST categories.
The final electoral roll will be published on October 1.

Officials said each BLO must visit every voter’s house at least three times during the process. Form 6 and declaration forms for inclusion of new voters will also be collected during the exercise.
Voters can also submit Enumeration Forms online through the Election Commission website.
