Union Bank, TGRTC Hold Talks On Corporate Salary Tie Up
Hyderabad: Union Bank of India and TGRTC management held talks in Hyderabad on Saturday to review the ongoing corporate salary tie up. The meeting took place at Bus Bhavan and focused on benefits extended to TGRTC employees under the agreement.
Officials discussed the corporate salary tie up signed in October 2021. The agreement includes upgrades that came into effect from February 1, 2024. Both sides reviewed implementation and related issues. The discussions aimed to ensure smooth continuation of employee benefits.
Meanwhile, during the Union Bank TGRTC talks, the bank handed over personal accidental insurance claim cheques to families of two deceased TGRTC employees. Each cheque was worth Rs 1 crore. The presentation took place in the presence of senior officials.
TSRTC Managing Director Y Nagi Reddy handed over the cheques. Union Bank Executive Director Amresh Prasad and Chief General Manager M Ravindra Babu were also present. Officials said the insurance support forms part of the corporate salary tie up benefits.
Union Bank TGRTC talks also highlighted the role of institutional partnerships in employee welfare. Officials noted that such arrangements provide financial security to employees and their families. The meeting concluded with assurances of continued coordination between the bank and TGRTC.
