Yadagirigutta: The newly appointed members of the Yadagirigutta Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple (YTD) Trust Board took oath on Saturday during a ceremony held at the famous temple shrine.
The oath-taking ceremony was conducted in the golden porch of the sanctum sanctorum, where Temple Executive Officer (EO) J. Bhavani Shankar administered the oath to the newly constituted board.
Chairman, Board Members Take Oath
The ceremony began with Trust Board Chairman M. Satyanarayana Reddy taking the oath, following which the remaining board members and ex-officio members were administered the oath of office.
The board members who took oath included:
- M. Satyanarayana Reddy (Chairman)
- MLA Vinod Venkataswamy
- Konidela Surekha
- Chilapagari Vijayarajam
- Pochaboyina Eswaramma Yadav
- Gunda Mallaiah
- Swazthi Kanthamani
- M. Raghavendra Rao
- Dr. Lakshminarayana Nayak
Ex-Officio Members Participate
The ex-officio members who participated in the ceremony were:
- Endowments Department Director M. Hanumantha Rao
- YTDA Vice Chairman G. Kishan Rao
- Temple EO J. Bhavani Shankar
- Chief Priest K. Venkatacharya
Some Members Absent
Several members could not attend the oath-taking ceremony due to unavoidable reasons.
Those absent included:
- Thulla Vijayender Goud
- Narasimha Murthy
- Chief Secretary Sanjay Jaju
- Endowments Principal Secretary Shailaja Ramaiyer
- Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District Collector Anurag Jayanthi
The newly constituted Trust Board is expected to oversee the administration, development and management of the renowned Yadagirigutta Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple, one of Telangana’s most prominent pilgrimage centres.
