It is noteworthy that this fraud is being done in the name of Delivery Blue Dart services. Recently, scammers tried to scam a senior journalist in Hyderabad. On Saturday morning, the journalist received a phone call. They said that they were talking from Delivery Blue Dart. Your address is not available. Our delivery agent is in your area. We are sending the phone number of the delivery boy. Call him, the person on the other end said. The number of the delivery boy was *21*9123114243 and he was told to call him. Realizing that this was a ploy by cyber criminals, the journalist ended the conversation with them.
However, it turned out that this number is a code related to a forwarded message. Cyber experts say that if we dial this number, every phone call and message we receive will be forwarded to cyber criminals from now on. They advise us to be vigilant about such calls. Last Sunday, cyber criminals created a stir in Telangana in the name of APK Files. They attacked hundreds of WhatsApp groups in a single day to update your KYC details for SBI accounts.
