Hyderabad, Aug 8 (Maxim News): A huge crowd gathered at Saroornagar Stadium in the city as unemployed people turned up for 150 driver positions with HYDRA. HYDRA has announced that recruitment events will happen today (Saturday) and tomorrow (Sunday). As a result, there occurred such a huge crowd that chaos was created.
Recruitment to 150 driver positions had created tremendous response in Saroornagar Stadium in the city. Unemployed youths from all over the state turned up for the selection process in hundreds. Thousands of jobless youths started gathering at Saroornagar Stadium from 4 in the morning today. Only 150 jobs were there on offer.
As many as job seekers turned up for the recruitment test which led to a huge crowd. The jobless youths said that they were angry with the authorities for not arranging proper facilities for them to wait as they had to stand in long queues. They said that the authorities did not have even drinking water for the waiting candidates.
The job seekers said that they have come from different districts in hopes of getting a government job. The police had to intervene to cool down the situation. It was also learned today that candidates are being given tokens and asked to come on the day and time mentioned on the token for the HYDRA recruitment. (Maxim News)
