Enforcement officers on high vigilance during The upcoming elections

Hyderabad, October 06: Hyderabad District Election Officer, GHMC Ronald Rose suggested that the enforcement officers should keep a full vigilance on the occasion of the announcement of the election soon as per the instructions of the Election Commission of India. Commissioner of Police on election arrangements with Returning Officers, Sectoral Nodal Officers, Deputy Collectors, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Prohibition and Excise, GST, SLBC, RBI, Customs CBDT at GHMC headquarters on Friday District Election Officer Ronald Rose along with CV Anand reviewed.

On this occasion, District Election Officer, GHMC Commissioner said… In view of the upcoming election notification, the enforcement officers should jointly set up a check post without the flow of alcohol and money. During the election They want to connect the CCTV surveillance cameras installed at the liquor shops to the command control room. Excise Police and GST should be operated jointly.

RBI and SLBC want to take action on the huge amount of money being transferred online during the elections. Actions should be taken on cash transfer. According to the instructions, their details should be collected and investigated to the extent that the withdrawal limit is exceeded.

He said that cash vehicles will be checked in command control room through GPS system.
At the time of elections, the respective parties want to monitor the free distribution of consumer goods through commercial tax. They want to identify areas where cannabis is being transported through narcotics and take measures to prevent it.

Commissioner of Police CV Anand said… check points should be set up at necessary places to control non-duty paid liquor being smuggled from Gurgaon and Delhi. For that, check posts should be set up in Vijayawada Road, Peddamber Pate, Ghatkesar borders and other areas to control ganja through narcotics. An integrated check post will be set up under Excise, GST, RTA and Police department.

The officials were directed to perform their duties as per the election rules during the election process. They want to work according to the election procedure. The police officers have been instructed to be vigilant in view of the election notification coming anytime.

The role of Sector Control Officers is crucial for the smooth conduct of the elections so that they do not become lax in vulnerable mapping. The sectoral officials said that they should submit the complete report within two days.

On this occasion, the District Election Officer said… Vulnerable mapping should be robust and error-free, otherwise the observers who come to the district during the election will have a chance to trouble you if the vulnerable point is wrong. The Returning Officers have directed that regular training measures should be taken against the appointed Sectoral Officers if they fail to attend duty.

Vulnerable Area Mapping

District Election Officer Ronald Rose has suggested that each polling station should be visited thrice as per the election rules to carry out vulnerable mapping of the respective polling stations for the 15 constituencies under GHMC.

The sectoral officers should prepare the Vulnerable Mapping as per the points indicated in Form 1,2,3 and the Returning Officers should consider the points indicated in the Vulnerable Mapping 4 and submit that report to the District Election Officer as soon as possible in the context of the poll notification of the Vulnerable Mapping Form Five.

Returning Officers, Nodal Officer, Deputy Collectors, Police, GST, Tax, Customs, RBI, Excise, SLBC officers participated in this meeting.
