Leaders will also review campaign plans for the “Vote Theft” and “Gadde Chod” movements suggested by the AICC.
In addition, the meeting will focus on welfare and development programmes under CM Revanth Reddy, and assess the party’s organisational structure, including pending state-level committees and grassroots units at village, mandal, and district levels.
This meeting comes at a critical time for the Congress, which is facing internal criticism from leaders like MLA Rajagopal Reddy and even the Chief Minister. The government is also under public pressure over urea shortages and attacks from the opposition.
The delay in local body elections and internal divisions have added to the challenges, making today’s discussions vital for the party’s strategy in Telangana.
