Adilabad/Hyderabad, June 10 (Maxim News): Telangana DGP CV Anand said that he will be friendly with the victims who come to the police station . He warned that he will be strict with rowdy sheeters and other criminals. He made it clear that he will not spare anyone who causes trouble to the people. Today (Wednesday), the DGP visited Adilabad district and participated in several programs. On this occasion, he spoke to the media at the Tosham Gram Sabha. He said that there is no problem with Naxalite in Telangana.
The DGP said that 1.70 lakh people lost their lives in road accidents across the country in a year. He suggested that two-wheeler riders should wear helmets. He called on the people to fight against marijuana and drugs. He said that driving by minors has become a big problem in the country. He explained that parents are buying vehicles for them, which is why they are facing problems. He said that not all problems can be solved by the police alone… the cooperation of the people is very necessary. He mentioned that marijuana is cultivated in forest areas like Bhupalapalli, Eturu Nagaram, Narsampet, Adilabad and other places. DGP CV Anand clarified that farmers who cultivate marijuana will not get government welfare schemes and that Rythu Bandhu is also being suspended. (Maxim News)
