KCR slams Oppn, says to spend funds for people

Hyderabad, Feb.25 (Maxim News): Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao today said his government would spend funds as approved through Appropriation Bill for all-round development of the State. He took objection to the Opposition comments for misguiding the House and failing to come up with a full term budget and poor allocation of funds to several sectors.

Giving a clarification on the debate on the bill in the House followed by some clarifications today, he said the governance is for 100 per cent welfare of the people. He flayed the Congress for making false allegations against the government while the previous Congress government had failed on all sectors. The opposition failed to give constructive suggestions on the governance and we are here to ensure that the schemes and programs will be implemented in a proper manner.

The Centre has presented a vote on account budget and the state did so for time being he said. Though there is no definition for the vote on account budget it is for using the proposed funds for a limited period, the leader of the house informed. It is not right to ask the budget for either three months or for six months. The Centre has introduced the same budget and we have come up with one for a limited period KCR said. As the centre has made proposals based on priorities the state government has also introduced a prioritised budget in the assembly. The state will change its needs based on the central policies, he said.

“We will make use of the funds for inclusive growth and all round development. The government will move in a constructive manner based on our priorities to the sectors the leader of the house said. The Congress regime failed to maintain land records and we have taken up their cleansing and the state will soon a sea change. The people have given mandate for the TRS for second term as the schemes and programs are good and reached them”, he claimed. KCR promised to give a transparent ruling and will remain strict in some other issues. (Maxim News)
