Hyderabad, May 02: District Election Officer, GHMC Commissioner Ronald Rose said that everything has been prepared for the smooth and peaceful conduct of the parliamentary elections in the district.

Nitish Vyas, Senior Deputy CEO of the Election Commission of India reviewed the arrangements for the parliamentary elections in Telangana state from New Delhi along with District Election Officers, Election General, Police Expenditure Inspectors, Returning Officers and State CEO officials and reviewed the arrangements.

On this occasion, Hyderabad District Election Officer GHMC Commissioner Ronald Rose said… voter information slips are being distributed to every house, all arrangements have been made for home voting, similarly shamiana (tent) drinking water, lighting, fans have been provided to the voters at the polling centers to prevent them from being exposed to the sun. He said that polling assistant booth will be set up.

District Election Officer Ronald Rose explained that the postal ballot facility center, polling officials randomization, supplementary ballot unit, randomization process will be completed, second phase training of polling officials, polling officials and staff participating in home voting have been completed.

Hyderabad Police Commissioner Srinivas Reddy said that security plan has been taken in the polling station. On this occasion, the Secunderabad Hyderabad Election Observers said that they will take all measures as per the election rules, and the SST and FST teams have carried out large-scale inspections for those who have evidence of seized cash. The DEO said that the District Grievance Committee is investigating and releasing the money day by day without any difficulty to the people. He said that extensive sweep programs have been undertaken for voter turn out.

Secunderabad, Hyderabad Parliamentary General Police and Expenditure Inspectors expressed satisfaction explaining the arrangements made in the constituency for the parliamentary elections. Hyderabad Secunderabad Parliament Election Returning Officers also explained about the arrangements.
