Vijayawada, Aug.27 (Maxim News): Launching a scathing attack on ruling TDP in Andhra Pradesh, BJP Rajyasabha member GVL Narasimha Rao has alleged that development in Andhra Pradesh was lowest, but the State was No 1 in corruption.
Stating that the TDP government was least bothered about development works, Rao alleged that TDP was misusing people’s money for their selfish designs. He wondered what will be the condition of the government schools if a founder of corporation educational institutions is a minister in the AP cabinet. There is nothing wrong to borrow loans for development, but the situation in AP was different, he said. Funds are being misused and being spent to construct temporary structures, the BJP MP alleged. Borrowing loans itself is a big scam in the State and that was the reason why the government was afraid of giving details of accounts.
Narasimha Rao said there was apprehensions that funds are being diverted to party funds. He said there was a vigil on every work being taken up by the TDP government. (Maxim News)
