Vijayawada, Aug.23 (Maxim News): The Photo journalists, who have won awards in the State-level competitions held recently by the Andhra Pradesh Photojournalists Association, in connection with the World Photography Day, called on Andhra Pradesh Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan here at Raj Bhavan on Tuesday.
Governor Harichandan congratulated the 13 Photojournalists, who have won the awards in the State-level competition and said the Photojournalists play a pivotal role in conveying a meaningful message to the society through their creative work.
Vijayabhakar Rao, Prasad, Nawaz, Prasad Kasi, Saidesh, Subramanyam, Mohana Krishna, Satish, Simhachalam, Vinay, Maridaiah, Hussain and Naidu were among the Award-winning Photojournalists. Sambasiva Rao, president, Andhra Pradesh Photo Journalists Association, senior photographers Reuben Besaniel, Narayana, Durga Prasad, Mahesh were among the group that called on the Governor. P.S.
