Hyderabad, August 21: A 24 year old woman died by suicide at a private hostel in KPHB on Friday.
Yamini, a native of Chilakaluripet in Andhra Pradesh’s Palnadu district, had recently come to Hyderabad seeking employment.
She stayed at a women’s hostel on Road No. 1 in KPHB.
According to locals, Yamini was reportedly distressed after failing to secure a suitable job despite repeated attempts.
She was found hanging from a ceiling fan inside her hostel room.
The KPHB police reached the spot and began an investigation.
The circumstances surrounding her death are being examined by the police.
