CBSE Term 1 exam will be conducted from the end of November. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) first term exams for Class 10 will be conducted from November 30, while Class 12 exams will be conducted from December 1. The CBSE exams will only be objective-type
CBSE minor exams term 1 will start from November 16 for Class 12 and November 17 for Class 10.
The board offers 114 total subjects in Class 12 and 75 in Class 10. Out of the total 114 Class 12 subjects, 19 subjects are major subjects and the rest are minor subjects. In Class 10, out of the total 75 subjects, nine are major, while the remaining 66 subjects are minor subjects.

Candidates can check their roll numbers at the official website, cbse.gov.in, and log in to download the admit cards, using user ID and passwords.
Students preparing for the CBSE board exam should download the rationalised syllabus and sample question papers from the CBSE academic website — cbseacademic.nic.in.
CBSE has released the sample papers and marking schemes on its official website. The CBSE term 1 Class 10, 12 sample papers contain questions that could be asked in the upcoming board exams.
CBSE Term 1 paper pattern
According to the CBSE term 1 exam pattern, question papers in term 1 exams will have multiple-choice questions (MCQ) on case-based and assertion-reasoning type questions. The duration of the exam will be 90 minutes and would cover 50 per cent of the rationalised CBSE syllabus. The duration of minor papers will be mentioned on the date sheets.
