Congress Alone Would Stand By Christians In State: Komatireddy

Nalgonda, Dec.25 (Maxim News): Congress MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy on Wednesday said his party would stand by the Christians in the State. He also said the Congress would work hard to solve the problems being faced by the Christians in the State.

Addressing a gathering at a mass held at Nalgonda centenary Telugu Baptist Church on the occasion of Christmas, Komatireddy cut a cake on the occasion and greeted all the Christians on the occasion. He said the Christmas celebrations were a symbol of unity of all religions in the State and the country. He alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao was ignoring the Christians in the State as most of them were Dalits. He also pointed out that the Chief Minister has failed to fulfil his promise of construction of Christian Bhavan in the State capital. (Maxim News)
