CS Issued Orders to Open Business, Shops as a Major Relief

Hyderabad, May 16 (Maxim News): Giving relief after almost two months to a wide array of businesses, traders, shops, in Telangana, state government has issued orders.

Thus to ease off the lockdown norms the Telangana government took necessary steps on Saturday.

Chief Secretary of the state, Somesh Kumar has issued orders in this regard.

The CS has issued fresh orders through GO No 66 allowing a variety of shops, businesses and establishments and others to restart trading and businesses. He directed all officials from state to districts to implement the orders like special chief secretaries, secretaries and others.

The following are allowed to function including — shops selling construction materials, hardware, equipment, machinery for agriculture operations like pump sets etc.

The orders also facilitated to open all shops, showrooms and establishments dealing with automobile, and auto parts, Automobile repair garages, Air Conditioners, air coolers, fans shops in addition to those selling essential goods, medical shops and hospitals.

According to the orders in red zones, GHMC limits and municipalities these variety of shops and businesses are allowed to run.

Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has asked officials to adopt a method for restarting the shops, business establishments etc to ensure lockdown norms are followed.

The GO is an extension to previous one giving boost to economic activity in the state in the fight against Corona cases.

The government has amended its previous orders on restarting of shops, trading, business, establishments and others in Telangana.
