Hyderabad, Mar. 01: Amid the Russia-Ukraine war crisis, the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) has announced that it will be offering free bus services to the returning students from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Shamshabad to anywhere in the State.
Ever since Ukraine shut its airspace after Russia’s aggression, scores of Indian students were stranded in the war-hit country. With the instructions of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, Telangana students are being provided with free tickets. Necessary measures like special control rooms have been arranged at New Delhi Telangana Bhavan to help the students.
According to TSRTC managing director VC Sajjanar, the facility would remain intact until all the students from Ukraine reach their hometown.
