Govt Should Take Responsibility For Any Road Accident By Private Drivers: Komatireddy

Hyderabad, Oct.4 (Maxim News): Congress Party MP K. Venkat Reddy on Friday demanded the state government to solve the problems faced by TSRTC employees. He said that duty to see ensure that the employees didn’t go on strike lied on the shoulders of the government. Citing that AP state with deficit budget has merged the state RTC with it, he asked the state government as to Why it was doing the same for the welfare of the employees of the corporation.

He asked as to who would be made responsible if fatal Road accidents took place with private drivers during the strike period. He made it clear that the state Government should be held responsible if any road accident took place.

Meanwhile the MP welcomed the decision of election commission to transfer Suryapeta district SP Venkateswarlu. He urged the EC to keep an eye on the distribution of money and liquor in huzurnagar Assembly constituency. He alleged that around 700 leaders of ruling TRS party including state cabinet ministers were threatening the officials and resorting to electoral irregularities.
