IAS Transfers in Telangana | Hyderabad, Sept 26: The Telangana government has issued orders for a series of IAS transfers and postings, aimed at administrative reorganization across key departments.
The orders were released on Friday through G.O.Rt.No.1340 by the General Administration (SPL-A) Department.
IAS Transfers in Telangana Administration
According to the government notification, Syed Ali Murtaza Rizvi, IAS (1999), Principal Secretary to Government, Commercial Taxes & Excise Department, has been placed in Full Additional Charge (FAC) of Principal Secretary (Poll), General Administration Department. This move relieves M. Raghunandan Rao, IAS (2002) from the additional responsibility.
Meanwhile, M. Raghunandan Rao, IAS (2002), Secretary to Government, Agriculture & Co-operation Department, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, replacing K. Haritha, IAS (2013). He has also been assigned FAC of Commissioner, Transport, succeeding K. Surendra Mohan, IAS (2006).
On transfer, K. Surendra Mohan, IAS (2006), has been posted as Secretary, Agriculture & Co-operation Department in place of Raghunandan Rao. He will continue holding the FAC posts of Commissioner for Cooperation, Registrar of Cooperative Societies, and Director, Marketing.
New District Collectors and Department Heads
In another reshuffle, M. Haritha, IAS (2013), Special Secretary to Government, Education Department, has been posted as Collector & District Magistrate, Rajanna Sircilla, replacing Sandeep Kumar Jha, IAS (2014).
On transfer, K. Haritha, IAS (2013) has been appointed as Special Secretary to Government, Finance Department. Meanwhile, Sandeep Kumar Jha, IAS (2014), the outgoing Collector of Rajanna Sircilla, has been posted as Special Secretary, TR&B Department.
All concerned departments and officials have been instructed to implement the postings with immediate effect.
