Implement APRA In Both Telugu States: Ponguleti

Hyderabad, June 21 (Maxim News): CLP Deputy Leader Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy has demanded the central government to implement the Andhra Pradesh State Re-organisaiton Act in two Telugu states. He said that he approached the Supreme Court as the centre was not implementing the Division act but the centre was filing counters through various departments. He asked the ruling TRS party to tell as to why it was not responding on it. He demanded the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to release white paper on the benefit Telangan being achieved through AP Re-organisation Act.

Speaking to the media here on Thursday, Ponguleti said that he was spending his own money on the case he filed in Supreme Court with the aim to protect the two Telugu states interests. The ruling TRS party was behaving with political and personal agenda. “We have taken up one lakh post card movement for the achievement of Bayyaram Steel Factory and we will address one lakh post cards to Prime Mininster Narendra Modi and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao”, he revealed. He said that the Congress party was waging movement as an opposition party.

He alleged that the efforts were on to handed over the Bayyaram mines to private persons. It was not correct on the part of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to say that the conditions of Andhra Pradesh were different. Ponguleti made it clear that he filed a petition in Supreme Court for the development of two Telugu states. (Maxim News)
