Indian Railway Alert: Railway has canceled 159 trains today, Check the full list here

Passengers traveling by rail may have to face trouble again today. Because Indian Railways has canceled 159 trains. Of these, 132 trains have been canceled completely while 27 trains have been partially cancelled. At the same time, 18 trains have been rescheduled and 14 trains have been diverted. All the information related to these trains is available on the National Train Inquiry System.

27 partially canceled trains will not run between some stations. At the same time, the time table of 18 rescheduled trains has been changed. Passengers can visit the official IRCTC website to get train schedules, arrival and departure timings and other information. In addition, passengers can download the NTES smartphone application.

These trains were completely canceled:

Bhiwandi Road-Sankrail Goods Terminal, Pathankot-Jwalamukhi Special, Pathankot-Joginder Nagar Special, Delhi-Shamli Special, Bina-Damoh Special, Bokaro Steel City-Asansol Special, Delhi Sarai Rohilla-Farukhnagar Special, Saharanpur 132 trains including Dehradun special are included, which have been completely canceled today.

Due to the cancellation of these trains, the tickets purchased by the passengers on the IRCTC website will automatically be canceled and the user’s account will be refunded. At the same time, passengers who buy tickets from the counter will have to go to the reservation counter for refund.

  • Visit enquiry.indianrail.gov.in/mntes/ to check the current status of the train.
  • Here you will see the Exceptional Trains option. Select it. after filling captcha here
  • Click on the Exceptional Trains option again.
  • After this, the option of cancel, re-schedule and divert trains will appear.
  • By clicking on these options, you can know about canceled, rescheduled and diverted trains.
