JAC Leaders Said They Will Come Again, But Did Not Turn Up For Talks—Sunil Sharma

Hyderabad, Oct.26 (Maxim News): RTC Managing Director Sushil Sharma said that the High Court had suggested to them to hold talks with the RTC Employees JAC leaders on 21 demands and they have followed it.

Speaking to the media at the abrupt end of the talks, he said that talks were held for about 90 minutes. The Management said they could discuss on 21 demands, but the JAC leaders insisted on talks on all the demands, including merger of RTC with Government. The JAC leaders did not agree for talks on other issues, except merger issue, he said.

Sunil Sharma said that the leaders said that they would have discussions with their leaders and come again. We waited till 6.30 pm., but they did not come, he added. On taking away the mobiles of JAC leaders, he said that if they receive phone calls while in talks, the talks would be disrupted and hence they have not allowed mobiles in to the venue. (Maxim News)
