Jana Sena Will Have Tie-up Only with Left Parties, Not with TDP -Pawan Kalyan

Hyderabad, Jan.3 (Maxim News): Jana Sena Party President Pawan Kalyan on Thursday said that his party will contest the upcoming assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh state along with left Parties CPI and CPM. He has made it clear that he would not have any kind of alliance with any other political party other than the left parties.

He made this statement through his official twitter handle. The statement of the actor turned politician assumes importance in the wake of a call given by the chief minister and the national president of ruling Telugu Desam Party (TDP) Nara Chandrababu Naidu to the actor that he should join hands with them in the upcoming elections. Addressing a public meeting at his assembly constituency Kuppam, Naidu, while referring to Pawan Kalyan, had said that as the actor had already stated that the Center had done grave injustice to the state, it would be appropriate for him to join hands with the TDP to fight the upcoming elections.

Reacting on a statement of Naidu, Pawan clarified that his party would contest election in 175 constituencies, along with the left parties.

Pawan also urged the party workers not to believe the words of the ruling and opposition parties, and said the party would give top priority in allotment of seats to youth and women. Janasena chief further asserted that the party would give importance to youth and those who have experience in politics. (Maxim News)
