KTR Urges Thailand Govt To Invest In Telangana

Hyderabad, Jan.18 (Maxim News): Telangana IT Minister KT Rama Rao asked Thailand Government to work with mutual cooperation for development and invest in Telangana which is a potential hub for divergent businesses.

He made these remarks while addressing India-Thailand joint summit of Matching and Networking here at HICC. It was attended by Thailand deputy Prime Minister Jarin Laksana Visith and others.

Speaking on the occasion, KTR said that both India and Thailand have closer ties and better relationship for quite long time. He exhorted the Thailand Government to chip in with big investments in chosen sectors.

“Our government is providing all permissions in just 15 days through TSiPASS a unique scheme being replicated by several other states and appreciated widely,” KTR said.

We have been the number one state in the country in growth rate, ease of doing business and welfare sector, he claimed. The minister appealed to the Thailand Government to set up a furniture park in the state by taking necessary support from the state government.

To push tourism and air travel Thailand government has to take initiative to increase air services from Hyderabad he added. (Maxim News)
