A major fire broke out in the Karan Kot branch of Tandur mandal in the district due to a short circuit. Dense smoke engulfed the bank as the fire broke out.
The bank staff informed the fire brigade about the incident. Firefighters who reached the scene are working to bring the fire under control. It seems that the accident was caused by a short circuit. No one was injured in the accident, so they were relieved.
