Officials Threatening Citizens Under ‘HYDRA’ Pretext, Says CM Revanth

Officials Threatening | Hyderabad, August 30: Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao has responded to complaints alleging that low-level officials are indulging in corruption by threatening and intimidating people with the name ‘HYDRA‘.

The CM has stated that his office has received information regarding revenue, municipal, and irrigation officials demanding bribes by citing old notices and complaints from two to three years ago.

He has warned that strict action will be taken against such officials. The CM has directed the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) and vigilance officials to focus on officials involved in such extortion.
