Nandigram/Hyderabad, April 23 (Maxim News): The people of West Bengal will wipe out Mamata Banerjee, said BJP leader and main opposition leader Suvendu Adhikari. Suvendu Adhikari is contesting from the two constituencies of Bhavanipur and Nandigram, where Mamata Banerjee is contesting. The first phase of polling is being held today as part of the two-phased polling in Bengal. The second phase of polling will be held on the 29th of this month.
The first phase of polling is underway in Nandigram. Suvendu Adhikari exercised his right to vote today as his vote was in Nandigram. Later, he spoke to the media. He said that when he reached the polling station today, a married woman approached him and cried and asked him to save Hindus. She expressed her concern that if Mamata Banerjee comes to power again, Nandigram will also become like Murshidabad.
Similarly, Suvani said that he asked an old woman, aged 65 to 70, who she was voting for, and she replied that she would teach Mamata Banerjee a lesson. He said that the Bengali people will wipe out Mamata Banerjee in this election. He criticized that the people are tired of Mamata’s anarchic rule. (Maxim News)
