Hyderabad, April 23 (Maxim News): Former minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav said that the government is conspiring to privatize the RTC. He participated in the RTC employees’ dharna at the Rani Ganj depot and expressed support for the strike.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that the RTC workers want the RTC employees to implement the promises made in the Congress party’s election manifesto. RTC has a special reputation for safe travel. He alleged that the government is threatening the survival of the RTC, which has a rich history of 92 years.
He said that the hard work and dedication of the employees in the development of RTC is invaluable. He criticized the Congress government for trying to bring electrical buses and throw RTC employees off the road. Electrical buses should be run by RTC drivers and conductors. Ministers are saying that the RTC employees are going on strike at the instigation of BRS leaders. He said that they should be ashamed of talking like that. He said that the BRS party will support the RTC employees until their demands are implemented. (Maxim News)
