Hyderabad, August 10 (Maxim News): A free Mega Health Camp had been conducted today at Fatima Owaisi KG To PG Educational Campus of Owaisi School Of Excellence’s Omer Colony branch, in collaboration with Owaisi Group Of Hospitals.
The sole purpose of this free health camp has been to identify, screen and treat children in need of medical attention. Keeping in mind the demographics of the school children, a multi- speciality team of doctors comprising of Pediatricians, Ophthalmologists, ENT surgeons, Dermatologists, Psychiatrists, Dentists and Nutritionists worked round- the-clock to treat the children in the best possible ways and referred select cases needing follow-up and extended or long-term treatment to Owaisi Group of Hospitals.
Akbaruddin Owaisi, Founder-Chairman SEMET and Managing Director of DCMS and Owaisi Group of Hospitals, took personal interest and enquired about the health of school childrens, in particular children who require regular follow-up with specialist doctors like dermatologists and paediatricians.
Counseling sessions were also conducted, especially by dentists and nutritionists about the importance of oral hygiene and balanced diet. They advised them about avoiding junk food for maintaining good health.(Maxim News)
