Telangana People Will Build Tomb Of KCR Arrogance: Revanth Reddy

Hyderabad, Jan 6 (Maxim News): Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President and MP, Revanth Reddy said that the Telangana people will build a tomb of Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao’s arrogance. He alleged that there is a conspiracy to eliminate the opposition in the state.

Speaking to media persons, after filing a complaint at the Moinabad Police station against 12 MLAs who defected from the Congress party, he demanded a thorough investigation into their complaint and strict action. He announced that he would complain to the CBI and ED about the defection and was ready to take legal action if necessary.

Revanth Reddy accused KCR of sidelining the administration and encouraging party defections. He criticized MLAs for threatening and tempting them to join his party. In 2018, even though BRS had a majority, 12 Congress MLAs were tempted and tried to damage Congress. Revanth Reddy alleged that such acts were committed in the Assembly.

CLP leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka complained several times about the defection of Congress MLAs, but Revanth Reddy was angry at the Speaker who did not pay attention to it. He said that if KCR turns 12 of the 18 Congress MLAs towards him and merges, the Speaker said OK, ignoring their objections. Among the MLAs who switched parties, Sabita Indra Reddy was given ministerial posts, while Rega Kantha Rao and Pilot Rohit Reddy were given financial posts. Revanth alleged that all the MLAs who switched parties got financial and political benefits. (Maxim News)
