Trump Iran war warning | US President Donald Trump warned of strict action after a reported leak of sensitive defence information linked to the Iran war.
Speaking at the White House, Trump said his administration started a search for a suspected internal source. Trump alleged that confidential details about a downed US F 15 fighter jet reached the media.
Reports said Iran shot down the aircraft on April 3 during the ongoing conflict. One crew member went missing after the crash.
Trump claimed US media reported the missing officer before Iranian authorities confirmed it. He said this exposure put the officer at risk. Iran later announced a reward to trace the missing crew member.

Trump also warned journalists about publishing sensitive security details. He said reporters must reveal their sources or face legal action if national security is affected.
Meanwhile, Trump asked Iran to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. He warned of attacks on power plants and bridges if Iran failed to comply by the deadline.
In addition, US Federal Communications Commission Chairman Brendan Carr warned media organisations. He said authorities may cancel licences of outlets spreading false war reports.
The statements came as tensions continued to rise in the Middle East conflict. Global leaders have expressed concern over further escalation.
