TS Police Cracking Down on Illegal Liquor
Hyderabad, July 23 (Maxim News): The Telangana State Police is cracking down on illegal liquor. According to the orders of the government, checkposts are being set up at the state borders to prevent the smuggling of alcohol.
Recently, the police caught Karnataka liquor at the Telangana-Karnataka check post in Chirag Palli. The police and the excise department caught the accused illegally in travel buses and private vehicles to Telangana.
26 liquor bottles from Karnataka were seized and a case was registered against the accused. He warned that strict action will be taken against anyone who violates the rules and sells alcohol. (Maxim News)
