Case Filed Against Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy’s Son’s Company

Hyderabad: A case was filed against Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy’s son Harsha and his company in Gachibowli after a complaint alleged that people from Raghava Constructions entered land in Vattinagulapally on November 30 and destroyed a cowshed. Police registered a case against him and Raghava Constructions under various sections. The complaint stated that several people entered the land and caused damage.

According to the complaint, a woman named Pallavisha alleged that Raghava Constructions was behind the attempt to occupy the land. She said the people who entered the area also mentioned the construction company’s name. She further alleged that dozens of bouncers arrived at the site on the night of November 30 and assaulted people present there. She said the bouncers continued their actions even after the police arrived. Police stopped them at the ground and dispersed them.

Gachibowli police registered cases against Raghava Constructions, its builders, and others under sections 329(3), 118(1), 324(4), 304(2), 127(2), 351(2) r/w 3(5). Police acted on the complaint filed by Pallavi Sha. Meanwhile, Satish Shah’s daughter Pallavi Shah alleged that her family has been cultivating and living on the land belonging to their ancestors. She said there are family disputes and claimed that some people are trying to seize their land with the power of the minister. She alleged pressure to show land that is less than the land they purchased and claimed they are facing threats from ruling party leaders.

According to the details given by the complainant, a person named Satish Shah owns a three acre plot in Survey No 245/19 in Vattinagulapally village of Gandipet mandal. The plot is located at Lakeview Point Bittu, near Gandipet lake. The complaint stated that assailants first entered the land at 11 pm on October 25 and damaged the boundary wall. Again on November 30, around 70 bouncers allegedly entered the plot with trucks and four bulldozers without registration numbers. They demolished the boundary wall and cowshed. They beat those who tried to stop them and destroyed the tent of the security staff. They also damaged fans and other items in the cowshed and took the staff’s cell phones.
