Hyderabad, Jan 30 (Maxim News): The Member Secretary, Telangana State Legal Services Authority, Hyderabad has informed that, as per directions of the Supreme Court of India the National Lok Adalats is to be conducted once in two months in this current year and the first National Lok Adalat will be held on February 11.
Lok Adalat will be held on the following subjects: 1. Criminal Compoundable Offence. 2. NI Act Cases under Section 138 3. Bank Recovery Cases 4. MACT Cases 5. Matrimonial Disputes 6. Labour Disputes 7. Land Acquisition cases 8. Electricity and Water bills (excluding theft cases); Services matters relating to pay and allowances and Retrial benefits; 9. Revenue Cases 10. Other Civil cases (rent, easementary rights, injunction suits Specific performance suits) etc., and Other Cases.
He further stated that, the National Lok Adlat will conduct on February 11 at City Civil Court, Hyderabad and Secunderabad for the benefit of the litigant public to make use of this opportunity to settle their cases in the National Lok Adalat. (Maxim News)
