TRS stages protest in Yadadri

Hyderabad, Oct.28 (NSS): In protest against the visit of BJP State unit president Bandi Sanjay to the Yadadri temple, the TRS supporters staged a protest in Yadagigutta on Friday.

As Bandi Sanjay has announced that he will swear in Yadadri temple over the BJP not being involved in MLA poaching episode on Friday, the TRS activists in large numbers gathered in the temple town and later, took out a rally holding black flags and raising slogans ‘Bandi Sanjay down down” and “Go back Bandi Sanjay”.

District Central Cooperative Bank president Gongidi Mahender Reddy strongly criticised Bandi Sanjay for visiting the temple with a political motive and said that he was spoiling the sanctity of the Yadadri Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple for his political challenges.

On other hand, BJP activists also reached the temple town in support of Bandi Sanjay. With the tension like situation prevailing in Yadadri, the police swung into action and enhanced the security. They have all precautions to ensure the maintenance of law and order in the town. (NSS)
