Hyderabad, Oct.21 (NSS): State BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar today paid tributes to police Martyrs Memorial Day by observing two minutes of silence.
In a statement, he said that the services of the police in keeping law and order were invaluable. He alleged that the state government was not solving the problems of the police and home guards despite their invaluable services. He demanded the state government to solve problems like increase of salaries and promotions to the police officers immediately.
Sanjay felicitated his personal security staff on the occasion with a shawl . Some folk artists sang songs praising the scarifices of the police on the occasion . (NSS)
