Dhaka/Hyderabad, Aug 10 (Maxim News): Obaidullah Hassan has resigned as the Chief Justice of Bangladesh Supreme Court.

Many protesters surrounded the Supreme Court in Dhaka on Saturday morning. They issued an ultimatum to Obaidullah Hassan to resign from the post of Chief Justice of the Supreme Court within an hour.

They warned that if they do not resign, they will surround the residences of judges nationwide. In this context, the Chief Justice of the Supreme of Bangladesh took this decision. (Maxim News)
