Fire stations in Telangana, especially two that are slated to come up in Hyderabad soon, will have innovative designs. To tackle land shortage, the department has decided to go vertical.
According to Telangana State Disaster Response and Fire Services Department Director General Rajiv Ratan, the non-availability of open government lands in the city had prompted the department to think vertical.
