KCR Will Be Buried In Self-Dug Political Grave On Dec 7: Uttam

Hyderabad, Oct.11 (Maxim News): Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president N. Uttam Kumar Reddy has said caretaker Chief Minister and TRS supremo K. Chandrashekhar Rao has dug his own political grave by dissolving Assembly nine months ahead of the term and would be defeated at the hands of Congress-led Mahakootami on December 11.

Speaking to mediapersons after flagging off the Indira Vijaya Ratham of former PCC chief V. Hanumanth Rao at Gun Park on Thursday, Uttam said KCR was spending sleepless nights ever since the Congress, TDP and other parties have decided to come together in the next elections.

Ridiculing KCR for calling TDP an Andhra party, he demanded that KCR clarify as to why he inducted former TDP leaders like Talasani Srinivas Yadav, Tummala Nageshwara Rao and Mahender Reddy into his cabinet. He also asked TRS leaders to clarify whether any of these three ministers ever participated in Telangana movement.

The TPCC chief also questioned friendship between the TRS and MIM, which was totally opposed to formation of Telangana State since the beginning. He also pointed out that the TRS had worked with the CPI-(M) which was against Telangana. He reiterated that there was a secret alliance between the BJP and TRS. He said the Dalits and Girijans were humiliated, implicated in false cases, handcuffed and chained. Sedition cases were booked against farmers, who protested seeking remunerative prices for their farm produce.”

He praised VHR for launching the Indira Vijay Ratham and hoped that his initiative would help the Congress sweep next elections. Beginning his career from Youth Congress, Hanumantha Rao rose to the position of PCC president, he said, adding that this time Hanumantha Rao has decided to campaign for the party by not contesting the elections himself which is highly appreciable.

Earlier, Uttam Kumar Reddy, Hanumantha Rao and other leaders paid floral tributes to the martyrs of Telangana at Martyrs’ Memorial. AICC Secretaries N.S.Bose Raju, Srinivasan Krishnan, Hyderabad Congress president M. Anjan Kumar Reddy, MLC Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy and other senior leaders were also present on the occasion.
