Lokesh Declares Nara Family Assets, Demands Jagan To Do So

Amaravati, Feb.20 (Maxim News): TDP national general secretary MLC Nara Lokesh said they told Heritage group to not depend on politics for their livelihood. He said they were selling Heritage dairy products in 15 States in the country providing employment to some 3,000 people. He also said though their Heritage group has assets in nine States in the country, it did not save any assets in the State capital region.

Addressing the media at the party’s central office in Mangalagiri of Guntur district to disclose the assets held by his family, Lokesh said his father and national president of the party N. Chandrababu Naidu had total assets of Rs 9 crore and Rs 5.14 crore of liabilities and his net assets valued at Rs 3.87 crore. He also said the assets of his father had gone up by Rs 87 lakh when compared to last year. Lokesh said his total assets stood at Rs 8.14 crore, of which he had gifted some to his wife Brahmini and his assets had come down by Rs 2.40 crore. He also said the total assets of his mother Nara Bhuvaneswari stood at Rs 50 crore.

Targeting the ruling YSRCP leaders, Lokesh said it was not proper for them to target his family members in a baseless manner. Targeting CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy indirectly, he said such leaders should also declare their assets in voluntary manner instead of declaring them through CBI and ED. He mocked that there was no response from the ruling party leaders for their demand to declare their assets. (Maxim News)
