Police Foiled Attempt Gherao at Pragathi Bhavan

Hyderabad, Dec 30 (Maxim News): Leaders belonging to the Tribal Communities tried to gherao the Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao’s residence-cum-camp office (Pragathi Bhavan) has foiled by the police and they have been taken into custody and sent to the Police Station.

The Tribal leaders in large numbers came to the Pragati Bhavan demanding immediate fulfillment of promises given by KCR such as reservations should be implemented in proportion to their population, Sewalal Jayanti should be celebrated officially and declaring a holiday, slogans were raised to give the title in their name of forest land immediately.

There was a tense situation at Pragathi Bhavan, the heavy police force was deployed to stop them. A scuffle took place between the two groups, some tried to enter the camp office, and they were arrested and put in police vans. They raised slogans against the police. The leaders of the tribal communities who were taken into custody were taken to the Police Station.

Due to this, there is a tense situation. The already deployed police tried to stop them. A scuffle took place between the two groups. Some tried to enter the camp office. They were arrested and put in police vans. They raised slogans against the police. The leaders of the tribal communities who were taken into custody were taken to the PS.

Tribal communities have demanded that Sewalal Jayanti be celebrated officially and that day be declared a holiday. Slogans were raised to give a title to wastelands immediately. Leaders of tribal communities tried to besiege Pragathi Bhawan demanding immediate fulfillment of promises given by CM KCR. Reservation should be implemented in proportion to the population.
