Hyderabad, Oct.1 (Maxim News): TPCC Vice President Ponnam Prabhakar on Tuesday demanded the rival BJP leader K. Laxman to withdraw his statement made against congress party. He also demanded an apology to their party for his comments.

Speaking to media persons, Ponnam said that he had written a letter to BJP national president Amit shah and urged him to order for a CBI inquiry on the allegations made by his party colleague against ruling TRS party leaders. He asked the BJP leader weather both the saffron party and the TRS party were same. He asked Laxman to reveal the details of the development undertaken by the central government in the State. He mocked that the BJP did not get even 3000 votes in the state while noting that the four MP seats won by the saffron party was due to its sheer luck.

He alleged that the BJP was biding time by talking about Article 370 and triple talaq issues. He asked the BJP as to why it was not fulfilling the promises made in AP reorganisation Act. He demanded the BJP leaders to either order for the CBI inquiry on the basis of his letter or on the basis of the allegations made by the BJP Leader JP Nadda.

He said that the BJP leader Laxman should accept the fact that both their party and the TRS party was one and the same if he failed to convince the central government for a CBI inquiry.(Maxim News)
