Ex TASA SHAKTI Security Dialogue Held

Secunderabad, March 5: Ex TASA SHAKTI, a Multi Agency Security Dialogue, was conducted under the aegis of Headquarters Telangana and Andhra Sub Area. The event took place on 03 March 2026 at Secunderabad Military Station. Headquarters Telangana and Andhra Sub Area hosted the programme as part of Military Civil Fusion efforts.

The dialogue brought together stakeholders from various security agencies. Representatives from the Indian Air Force and Indian Navy attended the event. Officials from Telangana State Police, Central Reserve Police Force, Central Industrial Security Force and National Security Guard also participated. In addition, Indian Railways, Railway Protection Force and Government Railway Police joined the discussions. There was significant participation from the civil administration of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh states.

Inter Agency Cooperation for Security and Disaster Management

The Multi Agency Security Dialogue aimed to strengthen collaboration and coordination among agencies. It focused on addressing emerging security challenges. It also discussed emerging trends in Disaster Management and Relief operations. Therefore, the platform enabled agencies to share expertise and best practices. Participants exchanged experiences to improve security in their areas of responsibility.

Speaking on the occasion, Major General Ajay Misra, General Officer Commanding, Telangana and Andhra Sub Area, stressed the need for joint action. He said, “The complexities of modern security threats require a unified response from all stakeholders. This dialogue is a step towards achieving that goal.” His remarks highlighted the importance of inter agency cooperation in maintaining security.

The successful conclusion of Ex TASA SHAKTI marked a significant step in promoting coordination among military and civil agencies. Moreover, the event reinforced the commitment to national security through collective efforts. Officials noted that such initiatives help improve preparedness and response to evolving threats.
